- you are bery right about ed jagels!! I too lived in bakersfield although not in law enforcement. It ia a well known fact tha he (Jagels) loves little boys. Who is the power behind this man that he has never been brought to justice? then there is also the whole ED Whiting being bad too.

- ED JAGELS IS a PEDOPHILE!! anyone who has lived in bakersfield knows the truth. The english reporter who I will only give first name Peter wrote all about it. And Jagels let officer Ed Whiting murder Darryll Howell a gun shop owner. He is corrupt and needs to be brought down!!!!!

- I wonder why Ed Jagels has not been brought down? It is a known fact in Bakersfield that he has ties to child molestation!! All the innocent were convicted so the guilty could go free.
